Big News! The Testnet Is Here
Hello NFThistorians, we hope you’re doing well!
At NFThistory, we’ve been working hard to deliver the testnet for the past few months, and the development has been a great success. We’re proud to announce that our testnet is now live.
But note there may be some technical issues, as development is ongoing. We’re inviting you all to check it out at https://testnet.nfthistory.io.
Do let us know if you find any issues. We look forward to getting your feedback and improving this platform.
The testnet launch is big news for all of us! The cornerstone of NFThistory is now live. With the testnet ready, we have almost everything ready to start the fundraising. Stay tuned for details on fundraising dates.
Below, we’ll cover all you need to know about NFThistory testnet.
The NFThistory Testnet
Click on the link above and you’ll arrive at the testnet homepage. You’ll see a short description about the NFThistory NFT marketplace.
Feel free to look around and see what the marketplace offers.
If you’d like to see what the marketplace is like, you can access it via the ‘Go to Marketplace’ button below the text description, as well as via the “Market Place” button on the menu bar.
The “Wallet Balance” page is meant for showing you your NFT holdings. Click on it, and you can check which wallets our platform will support. As you’ll see, the platform supports Metamask. By connecting your Metamask wallet, you’ve created your account. It’s as simple as that.
As you can see, all the platform web pages are accessible on the left-hand side as well.
“Drops” and “Account” buttons seem pretty self-explanatory and you can also access your account by clicking on the little human icon in the top right corner. In the top right corner, you’ll also find:
- Notification Hub: This is the bell icon.
- FAQ: This is the button with the little question mark inside.
- Search: This is the magnifying glass icon, which opens up a search bar.
Now, let’s get back to the marketplace. Once you land on the marketplace, you’ll see all that it has to offer. What you’re viewing can be customized through various parameters on the left-hand side:
From the homepage, you can also access the auctions page and there you can like, comment and share NFTs with the rest of the internet. That’s the social network feature of our web app. For instance, if you see a historical NFT you feel may be worth a lot, you can share it with your friends on Facebook and Twitter.
We’ve come a long way, and we think the testnet works well. But there’s still work to be done and improvements to be made. To ensure that your user experience matches the greatness of our common vision, we will certainly rely on your feedback.
